RF Series PhotoMOS™ Relays with Low CxR and High Load Voltages
The 60-80V load voltage types include three SOP 4-pin types and an SSOP type. High withstand voltage and low CxR has been realized:

Automotive and Special Vehicle Relays
|
Panasonic automotive and special vehicle relays range from 5A to 300A load current with voltage capability of up to 400V DC and are available in PCB, ISO, Micro ISO, 280 Micro ISO and screw terminals. All Panasonic automotive relays have a proprietary sealing technology, ideal for harsh environments where resistance to moisture and contamination is essential. Our state-of-the-art testing capabilities insure the highest quality product and allow us to perform special tests to actual and/or simulated load conditions.

Our popular CB relay is available in 40A or 70A capabilities in a variety of mounting terminals, contact arrangements and housing structures. The CB a heat resistant type available for applications where the ambient temperature can reach up to 125ºC for a maximum allowable coil temperature of 180ºC. Temperature rise is minimized thanks to a low contact resistance of only 2mΩ (typ.).

The CM Micro-ISO type relay is compact with high capacity 35A load switching. The CM features low contact resistance (2mΩ typ.) and is available in PC board and plug in type, resistor and diode inside type as well as a 24V DC type.
Designated ACV, this low profile automotive relay from Panasonic comes in Micro-ISO and Micro 280 types, with plug-in and PCB available. Other features include high capacity 20A load switching, low power consumption of 800mW, and low temperature rise.

Typical applications for the CB, CM and ACV automotive style relays include controlling lights, fan motor, AC clutch solenoid, AC blower fan, starter motor and diesel engine glow plug for construction, agricultural, recreational, commercial and marine equipment.
