4 Easy Steps for Placing an Order

 

Creating a product cart to order:

Use the search mechanisms to locate the part(s) you would like to order. Once you have found the part(s) that you would like to buy, click the Add to Cart icon to build your cart. You can continue shopping and adding more items to your cart.


Once you have finished adding your items to your cart, click on the view cart link or shopping basket icon in the top right corner of your screen.

 

Step 1: Review your cart

·        Review the items you have in your cart.

·        If the cart details are correct, click the checkout button (proceeding to Step 2) below.

·        From this screen you can continue shopping, delete a product, change quantities or add customer part #s.

·        If any changes are made to the quantity, or customer part #, click Update Cart for the changes to take effect.

·        To continue, click the checkout button.

 

Step 2: Choose Payment and Delivery

(CREDIT CARD)

·        Choose how you want to pay for your order; you can use any of the following cards: American Express, Discovery, Master Card or Visa.

·        It is important to correctly enter your credit card information. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.

·        A purchase order number is not required for credit card orders. When the Purchase Order # field is left blank, Future Electronics will automatically assign a number.

·        Next, provide the shipping address where you would like the merchandise to be shipped. By clicking on use a new shipping address toggle button, new addresses can be created.

·        To select an address already in your address book. Please select the Use an existing Address toggle button, and then select the correct address from the available drop down list box.

·        Choose your shipment method from the displayed options.

·        Please note that if you choose to uncheck the Ship Complete box, the order may ship in multiple shipments and multiple charges may be incurred.

·        To continue, click continue button.

 

(TERMS ACCOUNT)

·        Choose how you want to pay for your order: as a terms account customer, the Payment Type is defaulted to Account. However, you can change the  Payment Type to credit card and use the cards: American Express, Discovery, Master Card or Visa.

·        A purchase order number is required for on-account orders.

·        Click on the Ship to drop-down-box, to view all available shipping addresses and select the appropriate one.

·        Choose your shipment method from the drop-down-box options.

·        Please note that if you choose to uncheck the Ship Complete box, the order may ship in multiple shipments and multiple charges may be incurred.

·        To continue, click Continue button.

 

Step 3: Place Order

·        Review your order and verify that the information is correct.

·        If you need to make any changes, click the Back button to return to the previous page.

·        To complete your online transaction, click the Continue button. If you need assistance prior to placing your order online, you can send it to a Customer Service representative who will contact you to provide help.

Note: By using this option, your order will not be placed online with Future Electronics.

 

Step 4: Order Confirmation

·        Your complete order is displayed as well as a confirmation number and the estimated total dollar value of your order.

·        You will also receive an email message as confirmation that your order has been submitted.

 

Referencing Customer Part Numbers

You can enter your corresponding customer part number alongside each MPN on the Cart Details page. This information will be printed on all documents and labels associated with your order.

 

Payment Options


Credit Card

·        You can purchase products using a Master Card, Visa, Discovery or American Express card.

·        For increased online security and protection, all credit card information is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) via a secure server.

·        Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details. Credit card details are not retained by the Future Electronics once your order has been placed.

 

Delivery Options & Charges (United States and Canada)

Customers of Future Electronics can choose how and to where an order is delivered in Step 2 of the ordering process.

All orders are shipped from our US distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee.

·        Future Electronics offers next day delivery* on all US orders received by midnight EST (*orders placed online Monday through Friday by midnight EST will be delivered to most US locations by 10:30 a.m. the following day when a customer selects 1-2 day delivery option).

·        Shipping options to addresses within the United States are 1-2 day, 2-3 day or 3-5 day delivery service.

·        Shipping options to addresses within Canada are 1-2 day delivery service.

 

Shipments Outside the US & Canada

All orders are shipped worldwide from our US distribution center located near Memphis, Tennessee.

·        Customers of Future Electronics can choose how and to where an order is delivered in Step 2 of the ordering process.

·        All international orders placed by 9:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

·        Future Electronics offers 2 service levels: Fedex International Priority or Fedex International Economy.

·        Delivery charges are calculated by shipment and an estimate is displayed alongside each delivery service option. 

 

Modifying Requested Ship Date

Orders placed on the Future Electronics web site will automatically be defaulted with the current date as the requested ship date.

 

Order Confirmation

After you place an order with the Future Electronics, you will receive an order confirmation email message.

This is in addition to an on-screen confirmation that is display when an order is place.
