Does Future Electronics accept PayPal, wire transfers or can I pay on account?
Future Electronics does not accept PayPal. All web orders are credit card only unless your terms account is linked to your online account.

How can I update my Shipping or Billing Address in the My Account section?
Please contact your sales representative. If you do not know your sales representative please use our customer service form to contact a customer service representative for assistance.

I have tried to reset my password but I am not receiving the password reset email.
Please check your spam, junk or bulk mail folder. Also, confirm which email you used to register for your Future Electronics online account and ensure you are checking the correct inbox.

If you still are not able to reset your password please use our customer service form to contact a customer service representative. They will issue a password reset.

How do I know if I qualify for Free Shipping? 
Please read our Free shipping page to see what countries are eligible and what the minimum requirements to qualify for free shipping are. If you are from one of the eligible countries free shipping will be shown during your checkout process and on your order confirmation if all conditions are met.
