Viewing and Changing Orders 

 

Check Order Status

Login to your Future Electronics Account. Click the Order Tracking link under the Orders and Carts tab. You can choose to view the below options during the last 10, 30, 60 or 90 days.

  • Open Orders and Shipments
  • Open Orders
  • Shipment
  • Coming Due - 1 Week
  • Past Due

Once you have selected your view, click on the PO# to see more detailed information about the order.

Cancel or Change an Order

To cancel or change an order, please contact your local sales representative. If you are not aware of your sales representative, please call your local branch or fill out our customer service form.

Track Shipments

You will receive an email 24-36 hours after your order ships. Your tracking/waybill number will be listed at the bottom of the order shipped confirmation email. You can click on the “Track Shipment” button to view the status of your shipped order. You can also view the status of your order online in the Order Tracking tab of your account.

Invoice

A copy of your invoice is sent separately from your shipment. It will be attached to the order shipped confirmation email. No hardcopies of the invoices are included in the shipment of your product.
