The Enpirion EP5368QI represents a revolution in the area of low-power switching converters. The total solution footprint is 21mm2, without compromising efficiency. Requiring two external components, the EP5368QI makes switching regulator design a breeze.
A complete power system-on-a-chip (PowerSoC), the EP5368QI integrates power switches, inductor, gate drive, controller, and compensation in a tiny 3mm x 3mm package. The 1mm profile and small footprint, enables the use of this part where space is at a premium.
The EP5368QI utilizes a 3-pin VID output voltage selector that allows the designer to choose one of seven pre-defined output voltage levels, or an external voltage divider can be employed to set the output voltage.
