The RTL8201CP is a single port PHYceiver with an medium independent interface/serial network interface. It implements all 10/100M ethernet physical layer functions including physical coding sublayer, physical medium attachment, twisted pair physical medium dependent sub layer, within autocrossover detection function, 10base -Tx encoder/decoder and twisted pair medium access unit.
