Sharp’s proprietary Advanced Super View LCDs drive the performance envelope in resolution, luminance and sunlight readability while maintaining compatibility and boasting more than a 160-degree symmetrical viewing cone. This super-wide viewing cone allows off-axis perception of the image without color shifting or loss of detail.

Advanced Super View LCDs also have fast response times for flicker-free screens; and because the LCDs are normally black, users perceive much crisper, clearer images.

Manufacturers of factory automation controls, portable medical devices, and other similar applications rely on Sharp’s 6.4 inch LCDs for high performance and reliability.

The LQ064V3DG01 is a 6.4 inch color active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor).  It is composed of a color TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs, control circuits, power circuits and a backlight unit. 

This VGA resolution (640 x 480) panel can display graphics and texts with 262,144 colors by feeding an 18 bit data signal (6 bit for each RGB), 4 timing signals, +3.3V or +5V DC power supply for TFT-LCD and AC power supply for backlight.  This panel produces very fine images composed of 307,200 pixel elements in a stripe arrangement.  

Other features of the LQ064V3DG01 include a wide viewing angle with the best angle at 6 o'clock, high contrast, anti glare polarizing filter, normally white display mode that produces natural colors, and image inversion both horizontally and vertically.

Note: The LQ064V3DG01 does not come with an inverter (please see related products).
