NEC’s transflective NL6448BC33-64C 10.4” module is composed of the amorphous silicon thin film transistor liquid crystal display panel structure with driver LSI’s for driving the TFT array and backlight unit.

This 10.4” VGA resolution (640 x 480) module is one of the first NEC LCDs to adopt their proprietary ST-NLT (Super-Transmissive Natural Light) technology. 

A few of NL6448BC33-64C’s features include high luminance (450 nits), wide viewing angle, low reflection (80° right, 80° left, 80° up, 60° down), and reversible-scan direction.  Other features include high contrast (600:1), CMOS Interface, 6-bit digital RGB signals.  It also boasts a replaceable lamp for the backlight.

The NL6448BC33-64C is ideal for the industrial applications situated outdoors – such as ticket machines, POS terminals or ATMs just to name a few.
