The 88-F-PMC-104-MDL-01 is a 10.4 inch projected capacitive touch screen mounted to a 10.4 inch LCD with LED backlight. Requiring no contact pressure to register touch, this HID, RoHS and REACH compliant module uses Capacitive Sensing motion detection and Absolute X/Y position reporting.
Known for durability, the projected capacitive touch screen operates in environmental extremes, such as temperatures as low as -20°C up to 85°C, and is able to withstand over 100 million touches in a single location.
The general purpose projected capacitive controller, which features both single and two-finger touch capabilities, supports Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7, Linux Ubuntu and Mac OSX (Leopard) and is compatible with USB, I2C and Serial interface communications.
The 10.4 inch (4:3) LCD displays a clear, vivid image due to its high contrast ratio (500:1), resolution (800x600) and brightness (200-250cd/m2). The LCD drive board is powered by DC 12+/-4V (350mA +/- 30mA) and allows for both Composite and VGA Signal Video Input.
Available in six different sizes, this single piece design offers a fresh solution featuring 2-finger touch with gesture.
