The SX1240ISTRT is a part of SX124x series Transceiver ICs. It has an operating temperature ranging from -40 °C to +85 °C and comes in SOIC8-EP package.

The SX1242 is an ultra-low-cost, fully integrated standalone OOK transmitter suitable for operation at 344.940 MHz. It is designed for use without the requirement for configuration via an MCU.
