TerraLUX are using LUXEON® emitters in their MiniStar2 product. The MiniStar2 is an upgrade fixture designed for the Mini Maglite®. The LUXEON® based product has a two pin base, making it a snap in replacement for the original incandescent bulb.

Through using the LUXEON® light source and the TerraLUX ‘PowerPush’ Circuitry, the MiniStar2 is able to offer a 10 year (100,000 hour) life, energy savings, and brighter and more consistent light. A custom optic preserves the ‘focus-ability’ feature on the Maglite.
