Renesas ZSSC3286 IO-Link Ready Dual Channel Resistive Sensor Signal Conditioner IC

Optimized for a wide range of sensor-based applications

Renesas features their ZSSC3286, a versatile dual-path sensor signal conditioning IC (SSC) designed to deliver highly accurate signal amplification, digitization, and correction for a wide range of sensor applications. With built-in support for IO-Link connectivity, it features an integrated IO-Link stack running the Smart Sensor Profile for seamless integration into digital measuring and switching systems.

Engineered for compatibility with bridge and half-bridge sensors, as well as external voltage source elements, the ZSSC3286 ensures precise digital compensation of sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature drift, and non-linearity. A powerful 32-bit Arm®-based math core executes a sophisticated correction algorithm, utilizing calibration coefficients stored in non-volatile, reprogrammable memory.

Its programmable, integrated front-end provides the flexibility needed to optimize sensor performance across diverse industrial and automation applications.
