Description of Changes:Dear Customer, all TE resolver part numbers will be transferred from TE Connectivity Evora (PORTUGAL) plant to TE Connectivity Tangier plant (MORROCCO). During this relocation TE will also insource a minor process step for sub assembly of Stator and Rotor parts from an outside vendor to TE in-house manufacturing. Because of our continuous strive to improve our processes, we hereby inform you about a transfer of tools and/or processes. The transfer is executed by following a strict transfer procedure, which guarantees no negative influence on quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products.Reason for Changes:On top of the relocation PCN (P-23-025131) TE distributed earlier we would like to inform you that TE insourced subassembly steps from an outside vendor towards a TE Connectivity in-house production in Tangier MORROCCO. The outside vendor was assembling all base sub-assemblies of the resolvers. This means all Rotor and Stator parts before winding with the necessary assembly and gluing. After this sub-assembly step the parts are ready to be placed into the rotor or stator winding machines. TE will continue working on the complete requalification of all resolvers based on the general relocation TE consider this insourcing activity a minor step with no effect to fit form or function of the resolvers. TE rather expects an increased quality of the sub-assembly process sunder TE rigorous quality processes and procedures being applied in the in-house manufacturing in Tangier Morrocco. All Part Numbers will be transferred from Evora, Portugal to Tangier, Morocco. Please see list attached. Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you about a transfer of tools and/or processes. The transfer follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products. The new manufacturing location operates under a certified quality management system in accordance with standard industry requirements. A TE-internal release test based on the relevant part specifications will be executed before delivery. If you require such document, please notify the responsible TE Sales Contact within 14 calendar days after receipt of this PCN.
