Fonctionnalités et applications
The Cypress Synchronous SRAM family includes a wide range of high performance Static Random Access Memory. From standard synchronous SRAM – such as pipelined or flow through to No Bus Latency (NoBL), Quad Data Rate (QDR), Double Data Rate (DDR) and TagRAM…it’s quite a broad offering!
Cypress Synchronous SRAMs are typically used in networking and server applications where performance demands require high speed and efficiency.
Cypress feels they are well positioned in this market with enough revenue to support the R&D expenditures associated with owning their own manufacturing facilities. This while maintaining the focus necessary to handle customer SRAM needs.
Density offerings from 4Megabits up to 144Megabits, Cypress Synchronous SRAMs pack the high performance punch and bandwidth your applications demand.
Cypress is on the leading edge of Synchronous SRAM technology by being the first to market with 90 nanometer product. Additionally, they are currently the market leader in the 72-Mbit standard synchronous, NoBL, QDR-II, and DDR-II SRAM devices--the world's highest-density and highest-bandwidth SRAMs with 144Megabit available. The CY7C1361C-133AXI is a Synchronous Flow Through Sram. It has a density of 9 Megabits organized as a 256K x 36. This SRAM operates at 3.3 volts and has registered inputs for flow through operation. The device speed is 133 Megahertz or 6.5 ns access time and comes in a lead free TQFP or thin quad flatpack 100 pin package. Temperature specification is industrial grade.
