Heavy-duty thermoplastic power connectors offer up to IP69K rating when mated

The AT Series™ products from Amphenol Sine Systems are IP68/IP69K rated 13 A connectors. They provide a robust option for use in heavy-duty equipment that is exposed to high levels of shock, vibration, and liquid contamination.

The AT Series™ products from Amphenol Sine Systems are IP68/IP69K rated 13 A connectors. They provide a robust option for use in heavy-duty equipment that is exposed to high levels of shock, vibration, and liquid contamination.

 

The AT Series connectors have a thermoplastic housing which is highly resistant to degradation caused by ultraviolet radiation. High-temperature silicone provides superior sealing, to give a IP68 or IP69K rating when mated. Wedgelocks ensure proper contact alignment and retention, and an integrated latch for mating provides for a secure connection.

 

Configuration options in the AT Series product range include a wide range of end caps, and various choices of strain relief. The connectors, which are compatible with all other standard products on the market, are for use with wire sizes ranging from 14 AWG to 22 AWG. The connectors are supplied in versions for the BoardLock™, HYPERBUSS™, LED, PanelMate™ and StructurePlus™ connector product families from Amphenol Sine Systems.

    • 13, 15 positions: Mixed 25 A with size 12 contacts, or
      13 A with size 16 contacts
    • 18 positions: 13 A with size 16 contacts
  • Withstands 50 g shock
  • 1,000 MΩ minimum insulation resistance
  • Less than 2 mA current leakage at 1,500 V ac
  • Minimum 100 mating cycles
  • Operating-temperature range: -55°C to 125°C
