SMC Diode Solutions Schottky Rectifiers

Rectifiers meet demanding quality standards for use in high-current and high-temperature applications

SMC Diode Solutions supplies a range of Schottky rectifiers which meet the high quality specifications of leading manufacturers in the aerospace, communications, and consumer electronics markets. SMC Diode Solutions is an ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 qualified supplier.

SMC Diode Solutions’ Schottky rectifier product range includes the 200V SM400T200D1. It can handle a maximum average rectified forward current of 400A, and a surge current per leg of up to 2,840A.

The 100V 123SPD100A Schottky rectifier is supplied in a low-profile surface-mount SPD-4 package which has a tin-plated baseplate and terminals. Its forward-voltage drop at a junction temperature of 25°C is 0.8V. Surge current capability is 1,650A.

The 100V 153CMQ100 is supplied in a through-hole TO-249 package with nine pins, mounted on an isolated heat-sink. With multiple leads per terminal, it is suitable for use on high-frequency, high-current boards.

The 45V 81CNQ045S2 is a center tap module which supports high-frequency operation. It handles an average rectified forward current of 80A per device. Forward voltage drop at 80A and a junction temperature of 25°C is 0.64V.

The 100V SK2S120-100 is supplied in a standard SOT-227 package which features an isolated Direct Bonded Copper (DBC) baseplate. It offers reliable circuit operation, low voltage peaks for reduced circuit-protection requirements, low-noise switching, and low power losses.

The 200V 406DMQ200 rectifier in an isolated PRM4 package has a nickel-plated baseplate and terminals. Supporting average rectified forward current of 400A, its forward voltage drop at a junction temperature of 25°C is 0.85V.
