Featuring a solid copper clip, the CFP package offers low thermal resistance and good heat transfer to the ambient environment, enabling designers to reduce the size of the board without increasing the risk of overheating.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The trench technology of these Nexperia devices contributes to the rectifiers\u2019 favorable attributes, including low leakage current and low reverse-recovery charge.
