The LDCL015MR is a capless ultra low drop linear regulator with an output voltage of 0.8 V and an output current of 150 mA. It is available in surface mount SOT-23-5L package.
This device is stable with no input or output capacitor and is suitable for low power battery-powered applications which allows the reduction of board size. It also includes short-circuit constant current limiting and thermal protection.
