The CPC1030NTR is a miniature 1 Form A solid state relay in a 4 pin SOP package that employs optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 1500V of input to output isolation. The CPC1030NTR has a load current of 120 miliamps and a load voltage of 350 with an on resistance of 30 Omhs.
