IXYS Integrated Circuits Division has qualified a new mold epoxy for our 4-pin SOP solid state relays that ensures these parts are now halogen-free providing an environmentally green product. In addition, the Input Voltage Drop (VF) maximum specification at IF=5mA for the LED input on these products has changed from 1.4V to 1.5V. The forward voltage (VF) is increased to ensure the security of supply due to high demand for these products.
