The NLAS4684MNR2G is a part of NLAS4684 series ultra-low resistance dual analog switch. It has an operating temperature ranging from -55°C to +125°C and its available in MICRO-10 package.

The NLAS4684 is an advanced CMOS analog switch fabricated in Sub-micron silicon gate CMOS technology. The device is a dual Independent Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) switch featuring Ultra-Low RON of 0.5, for the Normally Closed (NC) switch, and 0.8 for the normally closed switch (NO) at 2.7 V.
