Features and Applications

The MCP4013T-103E/CH is a Low-Cost 6-bit (64 wiper steps) Volatile Digital Potentiometer with operating voltage of 1.8 V to 5.5 V and 10 kΩ resistance, available in SOT-23-6 package.  

The potentiometers are programmed/reprogrammed through a simple up/down serial interface and offer a variety of configurations simplifying design while minimizing cost, package size and pin count.

  • 64 Taps: 63 Resistors with Taps to terminal A and terminal B
