The AL8807W5-7 is a part of AL8700 Product series of 36 V 1 A Buck Led Driver of High Efficiency in a Surface Mounting feature and its Available in a SOT-25 package. 

The AL8807 is a step-down DC/DC converter designed to drive LEDs with a constant current. The device can drive up to 8 LEDs, depending on the forward voltage of the LEDs, in series from a voltage source of 6V to 36V
