The MIC5303-3.3YMT TR is Part of MIC5303 Series 3.3 V 300 mA ultra small, Low Dropout CMOS regulator, that is ideal for today’s most demand-ing portable applications.

It offers extremely low dropout voltage, very low output noise and can operate from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V input while delivering up to 300 mA. The MIC5303 is available in the ultra small 4-pin 1.2 mm x 1.6 mm It’s operating junction temperature range is –40°C to +125°C.
