DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE Change of branding, labelling and marking of IDT products as part of the rollout of the Renesas brand following Renesas' acquisition of the Integrated Device Technology, Inc. group including, without limitation, its wholly owned subsidiary IDT Europe GmbH ("IDT") in March 2019, as announced with customer letter dated February 18, 2020.
