The AR0144 Mono 150° DFOV IAS Module is a ¼ inch, 1 Mp Global shutter prototype, which allows for easy development of high global shutter efficiency, compact cameras based on the AR0144CS mono CMOS image sensor. Part of the IAS module family from onsemi, the AR0144CS Mono 150° DFOV IAS Module includes standardized connectors, layout configuration and OTPM protocols.
