Temporary Increase of Lead Time for SHT85Reason for Change: LogisticsChange Description:Sensirion increases its lead time for above noted products to twenty weeks as of 30-DEC-2021. This increase in lead time is temporary and planned to last until Q2/2022, yet only as long as necessary.Reason for this change: Since Q4/2020 Sensirion experiences significantly higher orders than forecasted by its customers. At the same time significant suppliers of the semiconductor industry have entered allocation. In order to increase its production planning confidence and supply safety, Sensirion increases the lead time on most of its humidity and temperature sensors.Shorter leadtimes for all products might be enabled on a bilateral basis, being subject to a 25% pull-in fee.Estimated Duration of Measure: Q2/2022
Change Description: In February 2021, a new version of the SHT85 was introduced with conformal coating (3.000.458). Due to global supply chain challenges, this product is not available until further notice, being replaced by the identical non-coated previous version of the SHT85 (3.000.074). All orders with part number 3.000.074 and 3.000.458 will be fulfilled with 3.000.074. Sensirion will re inform as soon as the 100% transition to SHT85 (3.000.458) is fully manageable again.
