The 74VHCT244AMX is an Advanced high speed CMOS octal bus transceiver, fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. Available in SOIC-20 package.
It achieves high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. This device can be used to interface 5 V to 3 V systems and two supply systems such as battery back up.

- High Speed tPD = 5.9 ns (typ) at VCC = 5 V
- Power down protection is provided on inputs and outputs
- Low power dissipation ICC = 4 µA (max) @ TA = 25°C
