The CY7C1360C-166AXC is a Synchronous Pipelined Sram. It has a density of 9 Megabits organized as a 256K x 36. This SRAM operates at 3.3 volts and has fully registered inputs and outputs for pipelined operation. The device speed is 166 Megahertz and comes in a lead free TQFP or thin quad flatpack 100 pin package. Temperature specification is commercial grade.
