The CY8C5868LTI-LP039 is a Programmable System-on-Chip (PSoC®) with 64 kB RAM and 256 kB Flash, available in surface mount QFN-68 package.

It is a ultra low power device that provides configurable blocks of microcontroller unit (MCU), memory, analog, digital peripheral functions in a single chip. It offers a modern method of signal acquisition, signal processing, and control with high accuracy, high bandwidth, and high flexibility.
