As you may be aware, Lattice recently announced PCN 07A-19 which addresses an alternate source qualification for certain Lattice devices.This was issued to address the unexpected and sudden plant closure of our sub-contractor facility at Unisem Batam. The devices listed in that PCN were sole-sourced at the Unisem factory and must be re-qualified at ASE Malaysia.In addition to the sole-sourced devices identified in the above PCN, Lattice has an additional list of devices which are dual-source qualified between ASEM and Unisem. Lattice has been shipping from both factories for these dual sourced devices for many years with equivalent high quality.Given the unexpected timing of the Unisem closure, Lattice is shifting our allocation of both raw materials and assembly builds from Unisem to ASEM.
