The ILSI-Ecliptek EMRA oscillator family enables our customers to choose from a wide array of low current REACH compliant options, including 30 different SMD package/supply voltage combinations, extreme operating temperature ranges and frequency tolerance/stabilities as tight as ±20ppm.
The EMRA MEMS oscillators deliver a multitude of available configurations, most available from factory stock. These rugged CMOS oscillators deliver five different package sizes as small as 1.6mm X 2.0mm with 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V or the new 2.5V to 3.3V supply voltage options. They are ideal for a wide range of applications including: microprocessor and FPGA clocking, controllers, portable devices, routers, servers, network switches and gateway products, home and office automation, computer peripherals and networking products.
