New Japan Radio NJG18xxK75 RF SPDT Switches
NJR also offers LNAs to support latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies
New Japan Radio supplies a wide range of RF switches (NJG18xxK75) and Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) for use in Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi® wireless communications equipment.

Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) RF switches are mainly used for Tx/Rx switching. For instance, the NJG1801K75 is a standard 2-bit control, SPDT switch. This switch features low insertion loss and high isolation.
NJG1815K75
The NJG1815K75 is an ideal 1-bit control, SPDT switch with integrated DC blocking capacitors on each RF port. It is particularly suitable for modules in which only a small mounting area is available.

For the latest Wi-Fi 6E generation of technology, New Japan Radio has recently validated the performance of its switches at high frequencies up to 7.125GHz, going beyond the validated performance at 6GHz published in datasheets.
Based on proprietary GaAs semiconductor technology, RF switches such as the NJG1801K75 offer excellent frequency response. While the use of GaAs technology elsewhere has prompted concern about vulnerability to ESD strikes, New Japan Radio’s switches include integrated protection at each port, giving them excellent ability to withstand ESD.

New Japan Radio also offers LNAs for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands, offering improved sensitivity and compensating for insertion loss. These amplifiers are notable for their low noise and high linearity. Integrated products comprised of an LNA and integrated switch give additional PCB space savings.
