Diodes Incorporated AS2333 Operational Amplifier

Precision op amp features ultra-low input-offset voltage and low noise

Diodes Incorporated has introduced the AS2333, its first dual-channel, precision operational amplifier, which offers highly stable and linear outputs.

The Diodes AS2333 uses chopper stabilization to achieve an ultra-low input-offset voltage of 8µV. Near-zero drift over time and temperature – just 0.02µV/°C – means that system designers can rely on the stability of sensor signals in applications requiring high precision and accuracy.

The AS2333 is ideal for amplifying the small signals from sensors which measure parameters such as pressure, sound, light, temperature, voltage or current. Chopper stabilization also minimizes low-frequency 1/f noise and offset-voltage crossover distortion.

The AS2333 op amp also features high-impedance inputs with a common-mode range 100mV beyond the supplies. Output swing is within 50mV of the rails. AS2333 is well suited for use in battery-operated applications, including a typical quiescent current of 12μA, and support for supplies as low as 1.8V ±0.9V.
