The IRS2108STRPBF is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with dependent high- and low-side referenced output channels. It has an operating temperature ranging from -40 to 125°C and is available in SOIC-8 Package.

  • Internal 540 ns deadtime, and programmable up to 5 μs with one external RDT resistor (IRS21084)
