Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary by destination. To check the rate for your order, please refer to your shopping cart. Shipping rates are flat up to 10kg (22lbs).
Shipments greater than 10kg (22lbs) in weight will require additional charges and will be calculated based on the outer dimension of the packaging.
All shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout and rates are subject to change.
Preferred/Terms Shipping
If you have an offline Terms account with Future Electronics that you have linked to your web profile you can use your Terms account shipping method when purchasing online. Simply select the Preferred/Terms option at checkout.
At this time Future Electronics does not allow web only customers to ship using their own carrier accounts.
Shipping Cut Off Times
Online orders ship from the Future Electronics Distribution Centers in Memphis (USA) and/or Leipzig (Germany). Customers will have the ability to identify the shipping point in the cart and order confirmation email.

Shipment Tracking
Registered customers can view the status of their order in the Order Tracking tab of Your Account.
Alternatively, you will receive an email 24-36 hours after your order ships. The tracking/waybill number will be listed at the bottom of this email. You can click on the “Track Shipment” button to view the status of your shipped order.
Shipping Restrictions
All Lithium (Primary and Rechargeable) batteries are now subject to various transportation regulations for all modes of transportation both in the US and around the world. Regulatory agencies governing the transportation of these batteries include the US Department of Transportation, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Transport Association (IATA) and International Maritime Organization (IMO).
All Lithium battery orders will ship Ground (where available). On a multi-line order, regardless of Air or Ground method selected for the entire order, the Lithium battery lines will be split off and ship separately. Ground shipping charges will apply for the battery order and a separate invoice will be issued.
Due to Trade & Compliance reasons we do not ship to the following countries:

Free Shipping
Future Electronics is pleased to offer free shipping on orders shipped to select countries in the Americas.

Online Orders: Free shipping is only available for online domestic orders shipping within the USA
Weight: Order must weigh less than 10kg (22lbs). If total weight of order is greater than 10kg (22lbs), then the order will not qualify for free shipping and charges will be calculated by weight and on the outer dimension of the packaging.
Ship Complete: Ship complete flag must be checked to qualify. If an order is for multiple parts and one or more parts are backordered, then shipment will be held until all parts are available to ship.
