Powered by an Arm® Cortex®‑M55 with Helium™ and Ambiq’s turboSPOT® technology, these SoCs deliver up to 16× faster performance and 30× greater energy efficiency for AI workloads. With 2MB SRAM, 2MB Flash, and advanced audio processing capabilities, the AP330B includes Bluetooth® LE 5.4 for seamless wireless connectivity.
The AP330M adds multi-protocol radio support (BLE + IEEE 802.15.4) for mesh networking via Thread and Matter—ideal for smart home, wearables, and always-on audio edge applications.
