Positive momentum across some technology segments

"Lead times have been on the rise, making it essential that we continue to monitor developments closely to avoid potential undersupply situations. A positive trend is that manufacturing cycle times are now playing a greater role in our customers’ supply chain planning.

We are seeing encouraging signs of recovery across multiple technology segments, not just the IP&E space. Both the IP&E and semiconductor businesses have shown upward momentum, suggesting that the market has reached bottom and is now moving toward normalization.

Manufacturing cycle times are more closely aligned with actual production than with published lead times, but accelerated inventory depletion—in both the channel and at end customers—combined with limited order visibility, is increasing the undersupply risk for many key technologies.

To ensure supply security, it is critically important that we receive accurate demand signals from our customers. We remain committed to providing innovative, industry-leading supply chain programs to mitigate future disruptions, and we welcome the opportunity to review these solutions with you at your convenience."
