The Patent Pending product from E-Switch named “ePLUS” is more than electromechanical to digital conversion device. It’s the only fully programmable NMEA 2000 compliant product with bidirectional communication between any E-Switch electromechanical switch to the marine industries NMEA 2000 communication backbone. The existing installation process for a panel of switches requires extensive wire routing, trimming to required lengths, adding connectors or terminating at a terminal block or fuse bank. Or you can outsource to build a custom panel with multiple switches, connect them to a circuit board, and then wire it to the bus for you: development time, NRE cost, and fully custom for every project.
