The SC4215ASTRT is a part of SC4215 series very low dropout regulator. It has a operating temperature ranging from -40°C to +85°C and its available in SOIC-8EDP package.

The SC4215 is a high performance positive voltage regulator designed for use in applications requiring very low input voltage and very low dropout voltage at up to 2 amperes. It operates with a Vin as low as 1.6 V, with output voltage programmable as low as 0.8 V.
