The MIC2026A-2YM is a dual channel power distribution switch, available in surface mount SOIC-8 package.

This device offers “smart” shutdown that reduces current consumption in fault modes. When the MIC2076A goes into thermal shutdown due to current limiting, the output is latched off until the switch is reset.

  • 140 mO maximum RDS(ON) at 5.0 V
  • 2.7 V to 5.5 V operating range
