A member of the Z5M4 family of LEDs from Seoul Semiconductor offers an extra-long L90 lifetime of longer than 100,000 hours.
The SZ5-M4-WN-C7 LED may be used in demanding applications which require excellent maintenance of luminous output over a very long operating lifetime.
The SZ5-M4-WN-C7 is supplied in a package with a 3.5 mm x 3.5 mm footprint. Luminous flux is 360 lm at a drive current of 700 mA. Operating at a junction temperature of 85°C, efficacy is 180 lm/W.
With a forward voltage of 2.83 V, the SZ5-M4-WN-C7 consumes 1.98 W.
The SZ5-M4-WN-C7 is part of the Z-Power series: these LEDs are intended for use in high-flux applications which operate at a high current. The Z-Power series features a state-of-the-art surface-mount ceramic package design and material which has low thermal resistance.
