E-Switch TL3145 Series of Tactile Switches

Robust IP67 tactile switch handles 3,000,000 switching cycles

The TL3145 tactile switches from E-Switch offer a long electrical life of up to 3,000,000 cycles, and have an IP67 rating for protection from moisture and dust. The TL3145 products have a single-pole, single-throw off-on contact configuration.

 

Featuring a 6.5 mm square footprint, the TL3145 switches are supplied in a choice of two heights: 3.5 mm and 5.2 mm. Switch actuator travel is 0.15 mm, and the products are available with multiple force options indicated by the color of the soft rubber actuator:

  • White 180 gf, ±50 gf. Rated for 3,000,000 cycles.
  • Red 260 gf, ±50 gf. Rated for 500,000 cycles.
  • Orange 350 gf, ±80 gf. Rated for 500,000 cycles.

 

The TL3145 is supplied as a surface-mount component with J leads.

  • Contact ratings: 12 V dc, 50 mA
  • 100 mΩ contact resistance
  • 100 MΩ insulation resistance at 500 V dc
  • 250 V ac dielectric strength for 1 minute
  • Operating-temperature range: -40°C to 85°C
