The L9822EPD013TR is an octal low-side solenoid driver with an supply voltage of 5.5 V and an output current up to 1.05 A. It is available in surface mount POWERSO-20 package.
The DMOS outputs L9822E has a very low power consumption and is particularly suited for driving lamps, relays and solenoids in automotive environment.

- 8 bit serial diagnostic output for overload and open circuit conditions
- Output short circuit protection
- Chip enable select function (active low)
- Internal 36 V clamping for each output
