The ECS-2520MVLC by ECS Inc. is a low-current MultiVolt™ oscillator designed for compact and power-sensitive applications requiring stable and precise clock generation. With support for multiple supply voltages and a wide frequency range, it delivers flexible timing performance for modern electronic systems.

Its small ceramic package and low current consumption make it well suited for portable, industrial, and communications designs where efficiency and board space are critical.

  • MultiVolt operation supporting 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V supplies
  • Frequency range from 1 MHz to 75 MHz
  • Frequency stability of ±50 ppm over -40°C to +85°C
  • Low jitter performance of 150 fs typical
  • Low current consumption of 1.5 mA max at 1.8 V (no load, 20 MHz)
  • Standby current of 10 µA
  • RoHS 3 and REACH compliant
