Kingbright supplies a range of surface-mount bi-color LEDs which are ideal for use in space-constrained board designs. The LEDs are available in red/green, red/yellow and yellow/green color combinations.
The LEDs are housed in an 0202 package which has a 0.65 mm x 0.65 mm footprint and is just 0.2 mm high.
Kingbright uses advanced semiconductor technology to maximize luminous intensity while maintaining low power consumption. The LED emitters are made with AlGaInP material on a GaAs substrate.
