Vishay — IL300 Optocoupler

The IL300 linear optocoupler from Vishay features matched photodiodes which ensure that it maintains high stability over time and temperature.

The isolation of the IL300 is rated at 4,420 V_rms. The device’s internal insulation distance is more than 0.4 mm. Creepage and clearance distances are at least 7 mm.

The IL300 offers frequency-response bandwidth of 1.4 MHz at a forward current of 10 mA. The device, which couples both ac and dc signals, offers gain stability over temperature of ±0.005%/°C. Transfer gain linearity is ±0.25% over a forward-current range of 2 mA to 10 mA.
