Vishay — VJ HIFREQ Series of MLCCs

The VJ HIFREQ series from Vishay are surface-mount multi-layer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) for RF and microwave applications which support higher output power levels than competing devices.

The capacitors are supplied in a choice of case sizes: 0402, 0505, 0603, 0805, 1111, 2525, and 3838, with capacitance values ranging from 0.1 pF to 12 nF. Voltage ratings extend from a 200 V maximum in the 0402 products to 7.2 kV in the 3838 products.

Built with a very stable, high Q dielectric material, the VJ HIFREQ series capacitors are rated for operation in very high-frequency applications.
