Ohmite EMI Filters

Single-phase EMI filters attenuate noise in power lines

Single-phase EMI filters from Ohmite provide a high level of protection for electrical and electronic equipment against interference from a broad range of noise sources on the power line.

The Ohmite EMI filters attenuate interference from sources of electromagnetic noise in one or both of two ways:

By forming a low-impedance path to divert high-frequency signals to the power supply or a ground connection
By providing a high-impedance path to prevent these currents from flowing into the circuit

The Ohmite portfolio of single-phase EMI filters includes the AF series of IEC-inlet filters, which is suitable for blocking interference in power lines supplying computers, other IT hardware or computer peripherals. Each unit consists of an IEC connector with an integrated filter. The AF series filters offer current-rating options up to 15 A and a maximum voltage of 250 V ac.

For high-performance electronic devices which have low impedance, Ohmite provides the AH series of single-phase/dual-stage, chassis-mount EMI filters. The AH-20 is rated for up to 20 A and 250 V ac.

The AG series products are general-purpose single-phase, chassis-mount EMI filters for limiting interference from ac power lines. The AG-010 has a current rating of 10 A and a maximum voltage of 250 V ac.
