STMicroelectronics — SMA and SMB Flat Packages

STMicroelectronics has responded to increasing demand for compact power management systems by introducing SMA Flat and SMB Flat packages for diodes and rectifiers which are just 1 mm high. Featuring excellent thermal design, the ST devices provide high power density with current ratings up to 5 A, making them ideal for space-constrained applications.

The SMA Flat devices are available with 1 A, 2 A, and 3 A ratings. The SMB Flat devices are available with 3 A, 4 A, and 5 A ratings. These power Schottky rectifiers feature voltage ratings ranging from 25 V to 200 V.
