The nRF54LM20A from Nordic Semiconductor is a high-performance, ultra-low-power wireless System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for next-generation IoT and connected devices. Part of the nRF54L Series, including the nRF54L15, nRF54L10, and nRF54L05, the nRF54LM20A combines a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, ultra-low-power multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio, and a comprehensive set of peripherals with scalable memory options to meet demanding application requirements.
Nordic’s proprietary technologies, such as low-leakage RAM and an advanced multiprotocol radio design, ensure ultra-low power consumption, enabling longer battery life or smaller battery designs for your products.
With 2 MB NVM and 512 KB RAM, the nRF54LM20A offers the largest memory option in the series, supporting complex applications, high-speed USB communication, and up to 66 GPIOs for flexible connectivity. The SoC’s extended peripheral set includes features like a Global RTC available in System OFF, 14-bit ADC, and high-speed serial interfaces, making it ideal for sophisticated embedded systems.
